A few days ago, I was wondering on Micro.blog whether I should get an aluminium Lamy fountain pen or a cheaper, more colourful Safari model. I decided on the aluminium, and I’m very pleased with it. I lost my previous (first) Lamy in 2004; I’d forgotten how much I like the nib.
