@JohnPhilpin @alanralph I feel the same way about Apple Books. A few days ago, I bought Thomas Harris’s Red Dragon because I want to compare it with Michael Dibdin's Dark Spectre📖. I’m not interested in Red Dragon apart from this, so it wasn’t worthwhile getting a printed copy (and the ebook was just €1). But now I’m stuck with the ebook for as long as I use Apple devices, whereas I could easily have given a paperback away. My Apple Books library is full of examples like this and I find it very irritating.
