@pimoore @twweaver @jayeless @rnv It depends on how complex the layout is. Markdown will treat two spaces at the end of a line as a line break (and so avoid extra spaces between lines as if they were paragraphs). For indents at the beginning of a line, I use one or more em spaces: an ampersand followed by "emsp;". Em spaces should also work in the middle of lines, though I’ve never had to use one. I hope this helps.
